SHIPPING

We have six different shipping options for orders:

1.) Collect from our stall at Root44 on Saturdays or Sundays. Pre-arranged only to make sure stock is available.

2.) Fastway Courier Door to Door for all the major SA cities and surrounds- R55. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery after your order has been completed.

3.) Aramex Courier Door to Door for any outlying/regional areasR100. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery after your order has been completed. *This is not a rush service and lead times still apply*

4.) SA Post Office Counter to Counter or PO Box – anywhere in SAR50. Please allow up to 10-14 working days for delivery after your order has been completed.

5.) Postnet to Postnet (Counter to Counter) Postnet branches in SA – R100. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery after your order has been completed. *This is not a rush service and lead times still apply*

6.) International ordersR150 with the SA Post Office. Please note that the quality of this service may vary and that Hallo Jane takes no responsibility for lost or damaged orders. R500 courier service for international orders.

Please Note:
We cannot be held responsible if the couriers attempt to make contact and no one responds or if no one is at the delivery address to accept the parcel and the parcel is returned or is not delivered in time.
If, after the couriers make a few attempts to deliver and no one receives the order, the parcel will be returned to us, we will require payment of the shipping amount to re-send your parcel.
If you would then require a refund and cancel your order, refunds can be done excluding the shipping amount paid. Please refer to your refunds and exchanges policies on the FAQ page.
The above also applies to Postage orders. If multiple notifications have been sent to the customer for collection and the order is returned to us – the customer will be liable to pay for shipping for us to resend the parcel.
