You can choose the option that suits you best and choose to subscribe for 6 or 12 months
If you’re not ready to commit yet, you can opt for the once-off test box to give it a try and see if it’s for you (the once-off test box is of course not at the discounted prices of the monthly subscription box).

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]- The payments will be done on a recurring debit order on the 5th day of every month. This is the same for all subscribers as the boxes all goes at out the same time. So debit order dates unfortunately can’t be changed.
- Shipping is included in the monthly price.
- There are a lot of pros to subscription boxes, but also some cons. For example, receiving an item that you have already ordered on its own from our online shop before. In this case, you can always keep it and re-gift on a special occasion.
- Items can not be returned or exchanged for other items once the box is received. Reason: These boxes are curated months before and items are specially made for every box. This also ensures we plan and keep prices low, thus not making it possible to exchange.
- If you are a very picky/specific person, these subscription boxes might not be for you.
- Once you commit to the subscription you are bound by it for the period of months you chose.
- This is to ensure some customers don’t take advantage of the discount and discontinue the membership after one or 2 months.
- The reason for the discount we offer to members is because of the fact that you commit to a subscription. basically like buying in bulk.
- If you are uncertain about the commitment, rather opt for the once-off box or choose 6 months instead of 12.

The boxes will be sent out 4 to 8 business days after your payment has cleared on the 5th of each month. Shipping is included in the subscription price.Depending on your area, delivery takes 2 to 5 working days from the day sent.
- Western Cape: 1 to 3 working days – Gauteng: 2 to 4 working days – Everywhere else: 3 to 5 working days.
- Once you receive your tracking number, your item is with the courier and you can contact them directly with any address changes or other arrangements and queries.
- If you receive a faulty item or an item is damaged while shipped and handling, your faulty or damaged item will be replaced in your next shipment. If you prefer a refund or credit instead, it is possible. Just keep in mind that the value will be the same as the discounted value of your subscription (35% to 50%).
- The content if the subscription boxes will always be a mystery until you receive and open it. We reserve the right to change items in certain depending on our stock levels. In other words, your neighbor might have different items in her box but it will still be the same value. This can be because of different themes selected or we split the stock in different boxes.
