1.) Collect from our stall at Root44 on Saturdays or Sundays. Pre-arranged only to make sure stock is available.

2.) Fastway Courier Door to Door for all the major SA cities and surrounds- R65. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery after your order has been completed and shipped.

3.) Aramex Courier Door to Door for any outlying/regional areas – R100. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery after your order has been completed. *This is not a rush service and lead times still apply*

4.) Courier door to door via The Courier Guy R135.00 (Personal Preference)

5.) Postnet to Postnet (Counter to Counter) Postnet branches in SA – R100. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery after your order has been completed and shipped. *This is not a rush service and lead times still apply*

6.) International orders – To be quoted on an order to order basis for door to door international courier via DHL couriers.

Please Note:
We cannot be held responsible if the couriers attempt to make contact and no one responds or if no one is at the delivery address to accept the parcel and the parcel is returned or is not delivered in time.
If, after the couriers make a few attempts to deliver and no one receives the order, the parcel will be returned to us, we will require payment of the shipping amount to re-send your parcel.
If you would then require a refund and cancel your order, refunds can be done excluding the shipping amount paid. Please refer to your refunds and exchanges policies on the FAQ page.
The above also applies to Postage orders. If multiple notifications have been sent to the customer for collection and the order is returned to us – the customer will be liable to pay for shipping for us to resend the parcel.
