These ball studs are Sterling Silver and are plated with Rose Gold. They are very light and easy to wear.

Please note the Rose Gold / Gold Plating DOES fade in time depending on different factors like skin acidity and the way you take care of it.

What does Rose Gold / Gold Plating mean?
Once the beautiful piece is made in Sterling Silver, it is electroplated using some fun
chemistry. This changes the jewellery piece from Silver into Rose Gold / Gold.
How to look after plated jewellery:
Remember to remove your jewellery while you sleep, shower, exercise and if using harsh cleaning
detergents. Perspiration and moisture can remove the plating faster. When putting body lotion and
perfume on remember to do so before putting on all your beautiful jewels. If you would like to give
your jewellery piece a clean you can use a soft 100% cotton cloth.
LEAD TIMES:
The production/packing lead time is between approx. 3-12 working days depending on the order volumes and stock availability.
Once production is completed, your order will be shipped.
Lead times may be longer in SALE periods.
Please note all our studs comes with silicone backs instead of the standard silver butterfly backs.
The main reason for this is to keep the cost low to our customers. Another big reason is the fact that silicon backs are much more reliable when it comes to keeping your earrings secure. As the little holes in the silver butterflies gets bigger with time and tent to slip off very easily after a while.
Thus we also recommend the silicone backs rather than silver butterflies.
