Please Note: Very long names may not fit on the pendant, please keep measurements in mind and keep to one name please.

These prints are our generic hand and footprints to cut the costs for the customer.

If you would like us to put your own customized print on it please email us the print – as clear and crisp as possible for a pre approval to confirm if possible.

Why do I have to pay extra to add my own custom print?
Because we offer the budget friendly generic, your fingerprint needs to be traced and converted to a engravable file, thus being quite time consuming and adding extra labor to the item.

There are quite a few fonts to choose from for the name options. This is to add some extra personality and to make sure the persons name reflects in that way.

Please make sure that if you choose a long name to also pick a font that will allow such a long name. The longer the name, the smaller it will become on the pendant. If that is the case, also make sure to pick a bigger pendant so the long name does not get lost on the smallest pendants.

• Please be sure to contact us should you require a mockup of the font you are interested in, we cannot be held liable if the pendant is ordered with a specific font and upon receiving it you may not be satisfied with the engraved font.

***LEAD TIMES for engraved jewelry is approximately 3-4 weeks for manufacturing before being shipped , we always try to ship orders as soon as possible. Please don’t stress should you not hear from us within the first three weeks of ordering, this is completely normal as we are busy making your order.

Any Pre-Approved extra custom changes may add 1-2 extra weeks to the manufacturing lead time***

WHY?

• Because each piece is hand made from scratch. From melting to rolling to piercing. Then cleaned up and polished. The design is then made digitally and engraved on the piece. Thereafter it’s cleaned up and polished. Thus explaining why its so time consuming. That is also why engraved pieces are much more expensive (whether made by hand or machine)
• For that reason NO RUSH ORDERS will be done on this range

Please Note:

• It is very important when choosing your pendant size to make sure it is the exact size you would like.
• Because this item will be personalized, we cannot take any responsibility if you choose the wrong size. Be sure to measure at home and use our pictures for size reference.
• No returns or refunds can be made if you choose the wrong size, this is why we provide you with the exact measurements in the drop down
• The pendants are handmade and engraved to every custom request therefore each pendant will differ from the image.
• The images are edited in order to show the different options/styles available therefore the pendant look will be much more authentic and shades will differ.
• We apply an enamel marker inside the engraved area to increase the boldness of the design. Engraving colour might change slightly over time due to enamel fading or oxidation causing it to darken further.
• The 925 stamp will always be on the back of the pendants therefore it may effect any engraving wanted on the back.

• You can also choose to engrave on the back (PLEASE NOTE the back of these pendants are mat finish to keep the cost lower and not a shiny polish finish like the front. But still looks beautiful when engraved at the back)
• PLEASE NOTE REGARDING CUSTOM ENGRAVED JEWELLERY: 

  Some pendants might have (really) tiny little scratches on them after engraving.

  The main reason for this is some of the residue from engraving escapes while we clean and polish the newly engraved pendant and may cause this to happen.
  These tiny little scratches might seem more intense as the items was just polished and will show any imperfections.
  Just keep in mind that it will go away with normal wear and it is basically impossible to do engraving on a shiny polished surface and leave it perfectly spotless.
  Also keep in mind that these items are man made/hand crafted and not made in a big factory. So there will always be imperfections.

  PS – Sterling Silver sulks when not worn, so please wear your beautiful piece as much as possible! Bath, Shower and swim – this keeps it clean!
